How the league works
The regular season
The regular season runs twelve weeks meetups every Monday. During each session, players are randomly placed into groups of three or four. That group will play a four round match play format where each player chooses one game. Players earn points based on a 7/5/3/1 scoring system for four-player groups (or 7/4/1 for three-player groups).
The finals
Scores from each night are recorded in matchplay.events and totaled at the end of the season to determine overall rankings—the three lowest scores are discarded. The top sixteen players compete for the overall championship in week thirteen at the league finals event. At the same time, there is a fun, unsanctioned Strike Out tournament for anyone who did not make the finals. Food, trophies and some exciting bounties will be part of the finals event.
